Advanced Welding Capabilities
Our modern welding facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art Fronius and Kemppi equipment for WIG (TIG) and MIG/MAG welding. This allows us to achieve high precision, performance and quality, even for complex and large-scale projects. We have the capacity to handle the production of large structures, thanks to our production halls with a height of 13.5 meters and a clearance of 9.5 meters, equipped with two bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 20 tons.
Certified Welding Procedures
All our welding procedures are certified according to ASME and EN ISO 15614-1 and we work with materials such as: S235, S275, S355, 304L, 316L Stainless Steels and Duplex Steels. We fully comply with customer requirements for the production of steel structures, in strict accordance with EN 1090-2:2018 standards. Our welding personnel are certified in accordance with ASME and ISO 9606:2024 standards, ensuring compliance with international norms and guaranteeing the highest quality in the welding process.
Quality Control
We ensure structural integrity through a comprehensive approach that includes visual inspections, as well as both non-destructive and destructive testing of welded joints. All inspections are carried out by certified personnel in accordance with EN 473 standards and EN ISO 9712:2022, ensuring the highest level of expertise and reliability. Additionally, every weld is fully traceable and documented, providing complete transparency and accountability throughout the process.
Surface Treatment & Finishing
Welded structures undergo various surface treatments based on customer requirements.
For stainless steel surfaces, glass bead (pearl) blasting is available as an optional treatment to enhance surface finish and cleanliness.
For carbon steel surfaces, shot blasting, sandblasting, and anti-corrosion protection systems are mandatory to ensure long-term durability and resistance to environmental conditions.
Anti-corrosion coatings are customized according to specific atmospheric requirements and desired coating thickness. The entire coating process is carefully monitored and carried out in full compliance with European and international standards.
